Just had our tasting with Justin and Jazmin and wow!  Not only are they very kind folks but they can cook!  The meats were of course great, but don’t sleep on the apps! Justin and his team knocked our catered bbq meal out of the water. They went above an beyond at every step. The meats were smoked to perfection and so flavorful. Jalapeños popper egg rolls were on point. Everyone commented how good the food was! Communication was clear from 1st contact to end of our event. We used Smokin' JJs for our wedding catering and we could not have been more thrilled working with Justin and his team. Communication was fantastic from our initial meeting over a year before our big day. We chose to do the taco bar with chicken, steak, and pork. We offered fajita veggies for the vegetarian guests. We also had appetizers and I was OBSESSED with the meatballs. Everyone loved them and kept going back for more. I also want to give Justin a special shout out for making all the salsas. We loved the salsa verde and I will keep dreaming of it on the tacos until we get it again!

Absolutely incredible food. We had them cater our wedding up in Bailey and that was the highlight of an already awesome wedding. Do yourself a favor and get extra appetizers because they’re insanely good. And they were so incredibly nice to save my wife and I a plate of apps because they were long gone before we finished taking out photos. The absolute best food and service! Smokin JJ's catered our wedding celebration and they were such a special group. The food was amazing, but what really stood out to us was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. My husband kept saying how blown away he was with how not only nice but cool everyone who worked with them was, and I agree. They fit so great into our wedding celebration and made our day even more special.

If you didn't know, Smokin JJ's is a small business run by a married couple, Justin & Jasmine. I found them through a Facebook group, because everyone on there raved about how amazing they are. They give you that small business hospitality with the background and experience of also providing an amazing meal. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Smokin JJ’s caterer our wedding of 60 and it was so awesome working with a husband and wife, local and growing business. It was also awesome because the food was amazing!

They truly care about the work they are doing - we talked about their start into BBQ and catering and my heart can’t root enough for their success!

Meats were perfectly done - brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken.

We did the Mac N Cheese, Green Beans, Pear and Blue cheese salad, Mashed Potatoes - which OMG! This was an off the menu request and the best potatoes I’ve had, they tasted exactly like my grandmas.

App hits were the Pear and Goat Cheese Crostini, steak with chimichurri sauce!

We used Justin and his company for our wedding this week. He was always prompt with responses, extremely helpful, and patient. Day of, the food was AMAZING. Hot, flavorful, and just overall delicious. Everyone at our reception had great things to say about it. The staff was also kind and friendly, making it overall a great experience. You could not do better than Smokin JJ's. We used them as our caterer for our July wedding, and wow, the food was incredible. We had a chicken and carnitas taco bar, and all our guests were raving about the food. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and more importantly, the owners Jasmine and Justin, as well as their staff are beyond thoughtful. Planning a wedding is so stressful, but I always knew Smokin JJs would be timely, responsive and go above and beyond to provide top tier service and food. They were professional, kind, and our guests enjoyed interacting with them, as did we! I would use them again in a heartbeat for any event, or just for the opportunity to eat that green salsa again! You could not do better, and Smokin JJs was one of the best choices we made for our wedding.
